In 2017 Paleovalley tasked Emplicit with launching the brand on Amazon, which as a new marketplace, would help them reach a new target audience. Competition was strong in this vertical, with other well-established or enterprise brands.
We launched with limited products, translated the brand’s value proposition into motivating content and messaging tailored to Amazon. We reevaluated their approach to the Amazon space annually, adding products and ensuring we rose up the rankings (both paid and organic), increased conversions and grew sales. We supported this with a dynamic focus on customer service, seller and product reviews, and answered questions.
Paleovalley is an organic wellness brand that focuses on helping customers meet their health goals. The offer organic foods and food supplements, which are healthy but also dense in nutrients. They launched their DTC ecommerce website in 2014.
Paleovalley’s revenue is currently growing by 50% year-on-year and they are now a significant 8-digit Amazon seller, with high levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
