We needed to get Windmill’s products re-listed ASAP, but Amazon gave a 2-week timeline to process and apply the new widget. We applied the update to the flat file, and then our Case Management team opened a case to expedite the process using our Amazon knowledge and connections.

Windmill sells designer smart air conditioners on Amazon, Home Depot, and DTC via windmillair.com. We launched Windmill on Amazon in March 2021 and sales growth was strong, but in July their listings were removed without warning because of a change in energy labeling requirements.
As a result, the page was only down for 3 days rather than 2+ weeks resulting in a 40% reduction in sales loss.
